ABOUT AATB CONGRESS 26
AATB Congress 26, taking place October 4–7, 2026, in beautiful San Francisco, CA, marks a new chapter for AATB's flagship event. Formerly the AATB Annual Meeting, Congress brings together leaders, practitioners, researchers, regulators, and industry partners for four days of education, collaboration, and connection. 

Celebrating AATB's 50th anniversary, Congress 26 features engaging educational sessions, emerging research, interactive discussions, and networking opportunities designed to inspire new ideas, strengthen partnerships, and advance the future of tissue and biologics. Join us as we celebrate 50 years of AATB while looking ahead to what's next for the field.

*First-time attendees of the AATB Congress (formerly known as the AATB Annual Meeting) are eligible for a 40% discount on their registration by using the code FTA26. Please note that this code can only be used by the individual registering; it cannot be used to register someone else. 

Government 
US government employees and active US military personnel are eligible for the government rate of $837 when registering using code GOVT26. Eligibility is limited to registrants with a valid .gov or .mil email address and a US residence. This rate does not apply to non-US government employees or international domains.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests submitted in writing to aatb@aatb.org by September 4, 2026, will be refunded in full, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Requests made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

50TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Join us on Tuesday, October 6, as we celebrate 50 years of AATB with a special evening honoring the Association's history, achievements, and the community that has shaped its success. The celebration will feature a plated dinner, entertainment, and recognition of the AATB 50 at 50 honorees. Join us as we commemorate this milestone together.

Registration and ticket sales for the 50th Anniversary Celebration have closed, and seating is currently at capacity. However, we are maintaining a waitlist for individual tickets and tables and will accommodate additional attendees as space becomes available. If you are interested in being added to the waitlist for an individual ticket or a table, please email aatb@aatb.org and indicate which you are interested in. We will follow up if space becomes available.

A separate ticket is required for every attendee and is NOT included with Congress registration. Tickets are $95 per person for both registered conference attendees and guests.

This is an adults-only event (18+). Business or formal attire is requested. Suits, jackets, dresses, and comparable attire are appropriate. Please no jeans or casual wear.
