ABOUT THE 2024 EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
The AATB Emerging Leaders Program is designed to equip high-potential leaders across the tissue banking industry with the skills and insights needed to excel in increasingly complex leadership roles. This immersive two-and-a-half-day program will inspire and challenge participants to navigate the unique opportunities and demands of leadership.

Throughout the program, participants will engage with influential thought leaders to:

• Assess personal leadership strengths and areas for growth — gain self-awareness and identify key development opportunities.
• Learn from experienced industry Coaches — hear valuable “lessons learned” from established leaders in the tissue banking field.
• Build a strong network of peers — forge meaningful connections with fellow professionals facing similar challenges and opportunities.

Ideal candidates are high-performing professionals with supervisory responsibilities who are eager to advance their careers and expand their leadership capabilities.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Limited to 36 participants for an intimate and highly interactive experience.
• Maximum of two attendees per organization to foster a diverse learning environment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests submitted in writing to aatb@aatb.org by November 12, 2024, will be refunded in full, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
